The property is located on Shenandoah Street in Saint Augustine, Florida, near Jacksonville and Palm Coast. The building has a long and wonderful history! Once the carriage house for Castle Warden (now Ripley’s Believe It or Not) back in the 1800’s, it was carefully converted in the early 1900’s into an art gallery and then bed and breakfast. In 2020, the current owners acquired the property and lovingly renovated it into the gorgeous event space and colonial-modern 7 bedroom mansion you see in the photos.
